NSPA was awarded the “Gold Award” in the Civil Service Innovation Awards 2018, which is the highest title given for this award. This award was presented for the “E-NSPA” system being used in the Agency under the category of improving service delivered using information technology. The system paved the way to a strong modern approach in managing internal work processes and to serve the public in a smooth and efficient manner.
